Return Policy for Orthotic Products: Eligibility for Returns: We offer customised orthotic products designed for individual use. All products are described as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colours, images, or specifications on your screen are an exact match.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Payments: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@addiwise.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
